MUSIC

The Bible shows that music has always been an integral part of worship, and at St Alfred's we place a high value on music and song in our gatherings. 

A reasonable degree of competence is required from those who participate in music groups, but most importantly we ask that people have a clear commitment to Jesus Christ. It follows that we must first be worshippers, in order to lead others in worship.

People may serve in this way on one of our Sunday Service Teams. Commitment is on a once-a-month basis with attendance at a practice prior to the day.

Other opportunities are in weekly Small Group meetings, Sunday evening services and also in special service events (choir items, solos etc).

Expressions of interest can be made to our Music Director.
