St Alfred's exists to encourage all people to pursue a lifelong, joyous relationship with Jesus Christ. Our history dates back to 1962, when a small group of people from St John's Anglican church in Blackburn, planted a new church in the growing suburb of North Blackburn. We are an Anglican, evangelical Christian church. That means that we are governed by the Anglican church organisation. About 500 people worship at St Alfred's each Sunday.
